| Posting and Packing | | We have a very simple P & P policy.
We charge a flat rate tariff for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom and a standard charge for deliveries within the European Union and Rest Of The World.

| Sales Tax (VAT) and Duty | | All prices on the site are quoted in £sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 17.5%.
If your order is being despatched to a destination outside of the European Community, then your sales tax (VAT) will be zero. For orders for delivery to addresses within the EC, the invoice price will include VAT at 17.5%.
Any customs and import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility to pay as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. |

| Payment | | We accept online payment by credit or debit card in a secure environment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta cards.

| Date Of Payment Charge | | Your credit card will be charged with the full value of your order on the date that your order leaves our warehouse.
Cheques will be presented for payment up to five working days prior to your order being despatched to allow for clearance through our bank account. |

| Returns Policy | | If you are not totally happy with the products that you have selected, please ensure that you return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to make an exchange or refund the goods provided that they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
