How Much Is Postage & Packing?
Postage Charges vary according to where you would like us to send your order. There are flat rate tariffs of £1.75 for anywhere within the UK and £2.50 for the European Union and the Rest of the World. The delivery charges are clearly shown before you proceed to Check-Out in our on-line shop (just select the 'Options' button for overseas orders).

Does The Price Include VAT?
All prices on the site are quoted in £sterling and include VAT at 17.5% for all deliveries to a destination in any European Community country
For deliveries to an address outside the European Community, the sales tax (VAT) will show as zero but the VAT inclusive prices will apply (eg £3.99 single CD).
Our price does not include any customs or import duties which may be levied once the package reaches your country. These are your responsibility

Which Credit/Debit Cards Do You Take?
We only take Visa (not Electron), Mastercard, Switch and Delta cards.
Other payment methods will be added in the future

How Secure Is The Site?
Our site uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that all your personal details are kept securely on our server.
On all secure pages on the site, you will see a yellow "locked padlock" device in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, which gives you a visible indication that the page data is secure.
If there is no padlock, or the padlock is "open", that page is not secure

When Do You Charge My Credit Card?
We obtain authorisation for the purchase on the day that we process your order, but the charge is not applied to your card until the day that we despatch your order.

Cheques are paid into our bank up to five working days in advance of the despatch of your order to allow it to clear through our bank account

What About Returns?
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or if it is in some way faulty, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery to you for a full refund or exchange. You must ensure that the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging

I Don't Want To Pay Online
While we are 100% confident in the security of your credit card details, we understand that some purchasers may still be wary of using credit cards on the internet.

If this is the case, you can either send your order to us,
a) By post to K-tel Direct, Unit 4, Northfields Industrial Estate, Beresford Avenue, Wembley, HA0 1NW, enclosing a cheque drawn on a UK bank or with your credit card details; or

Why Do I Have To Log In?
The login serves two functions, to keep your personal details secure from other visitors to the site, and to allow us to personalise the way that you view the site and to improve your buying experience, by reducing download times.
There is no need to log in while you are browsing the site and the products on offer. Log in is needed only when you start the buying process.

How Can I Track My Order?
Very soon after you place your order online with us, we will send you a confirmatory email, which gives you an order number, a copy of your order and your billing and delivery addresses.

How Long Does My Order Take To Deliver?
We normally expect to despatch your order within 5 working days of receiving it, but in exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 28 days.
If you require delivery by a particular date, please let us know when you order the products and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We use the Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries
